SHIPPING METHODS
All orders are shipped Ground which takes 5 to 7 business days. If you would like a faster shipping method, please email your request to info@antoinetteleedesigns.com. Orders placed in Hawaii & Alaska will be charged an additional $15 to standard shipping rates. For international shipments, please email info@antoinetteleedesigns.com for shipping rates.

TIME OF DELIVERY
Most of our items we have available in stock and will be shipped out in 24-48 hours once we receive your order. If we are out of stock of a current item; we will notify you immediately for an exchange or refund.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Items may be returned for exchange or refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. Please notify us by email to returns@antoinetteleedesigns.com to receive return address information.

All items must be in original condition with all tags attached and postmarked within fourteen days of the received shipping date. Please place the bag safely in the box and include a copy of the sales receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

CARE OF BAGS
All materials used by Antoinette Lee Designs are made of the finest quality leather and suede. Please keep new by treating with weatherproof protection and care. Please keep all gold hardware looking shiny and new by buffing with a polishing cloth.
