All payments are made securely through Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
and Discover.

SHIPPING METHODS
All orders are shipped Ground which takes 5 to 7 business days. If you would like a fast shipping
method, please email your request to info@antoinetteleedesigns.com

We ship all US orders via UPS.

Orders placed in Hawaii & Alaska will be charged an additional $15 to standard shipping rates

For international shipments, please email info@antoinetteleedesigns.com for shipping rates.

TIME OF DELIVERY
Most of our items we have available in stock and will be shipped out in 24-48 hours once we receive your order. If we are out of stock of a current item; please keep in mind that your bag will be made to order and may take up to 3-5 weeks to ship. This does not include the actual UPS shipping time. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Items may be returned for exchange or refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. Please notify us by email to returns@antoinetteleedesigns.com to receive a return authorization number and return address information.

All items must be in original condition with all tags attached and postmarked within fourteen days of the original shipping date. Please place the bag safely in the box and include a copy of the sales receipt. The return authorization number must be written on the exterior of the box. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

DISCLAIMER
All materials for each handbag are carefully selected and hand-cut. Any changes in color
or shape are normal & should not be considered as a fault.

CARE OF BAGS
All materials used by Antoinette Lee Designs are made of the finest quality leather and suede. Please keep new by treating with weatherproof protection and care. Please keep all gold hardware looking shiny and new by buffing with a polishing cloth.
